I really like everyone I work with and some of the benefits I get working here, but overall I feel like I can be doing much more with my time and feel as though my work does not always serve a purpose.

I think in general I am not enthusiastic about the work I am doing on a daily basis. You can also tell a lot of people here are stressed and unmotivated to do their work which brings down morale.
