Everyone throughout organization is very open and friendly, and are very willing to help on projects and be proactive in making things better (products, environment)

Cultures are different between Corporate (1980's office environment) vs. business units (very up to date and employee friendly). Culture is one of "making things better", just business units do a better job..

Time off policy is antiquated with split vacaction/personal, and vacation time is low, have to work at least 10 years to get 4 weeks, Overall compensation is suppressed and not comparable to other companies or inflation.

Very personable and approachable leaders, but CEO is not involved in any employee matters and is not really forward thinking when it comes to thinking about what changes can be made to make the work environment more employee centric.
