Retire some of the legacies, the environment they promote is too counter-productive, border line hostile. They spend too much time gossiping about decisions vs taking action, quite an example of trump america.

As it was stated recently in their workplace, they must abandon the backward thinking mentality, truly embrace the new business processes. Some of them should just learn how to put a foot in front of the other one when executing action items.

Eliminate the greed out of their agenda, at minimum hide it better. They are the text book example of the so much spoken about Corporate greed. They promote so many great business processes and at the end their actuons are so biased toward ‘preferred’ individuals. It’s border line lying.
