What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lomg Term Incentives, variable compensation

Very competitive package when the company performs - so far I've always been on the lucky side - if you are tight to a market that is in a challenging situation your package will be average

When I deliver I get paid significant above market average, if I/or the company do not deliver it is market average... so the system is fair

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have autonomy and are empowered to work on relevant projects. The meritocratic culture is a reality

The element of ownership, from the very first day I had the opportunity to pick up projects and run them end-2-end. I now see the same with junior folks - and its so great to see them grow

People work hard, but do not complaint about it as they get rewarded accordingly. There is enough time for spending time together at drinks, lunches or dinners - we spend good times with each other
