I was just told KraftHeinz hired on 3 men that make 10,000 more than I do and I have been here for 2 years!!! If you are a female or speak your mind you will have the constant threat of termination and pushed to the side so they can hire men

The pay is decent, but theres a lot of stress that comes with it. When I was recruited by the company, I was told I would receive $55k base, after the interview they offered $45K.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
EVERYTHING NEEDS TO CHANGE! I wish HQ would actually listen to feedback and what the issues are instead of management sitting in an office and at home trying to decide what to have us do in the stores next. Quit hiring all your friends and buddies with the same mentality- nothing will ever change!!
