What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to eliminate greed out of their business agenda and understand that if they take care of their employees, their employees will take care of their customers.

Eliminate the greed out of their agenda, at minimum hide it better. They are the text book example of the so much spoken about Corporate greed. They promote so many great business processes and at the end their actuons are so biased toward ‘preferred’ individuals. It’s border line lying.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company pretends to practice ownership, meritocracy and integrity. They don't. Bring compensation and benefits in line with current standards. Make pay increases merit based, not one percentage across the board for all. Award performers-encourage merit, not mediocrity. Paid sick days for all.

401k matching was lowered this year almost secretly. The KraftHeinz company eliminated many benefit programs that Kraft Foods had: pension plans, 401k matching levels, stock options and purchase program.

As it was stated recently in their workplace, they must abandon the backward thinking mentality, truly embrace the new business processes. Some of them should just learn how to put a foot in front of the other one when executing action items.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hope that the company is going to invest in infrastructure improvements. Frequently though, these never materialize, or the funds are squandered on meaningless bureaucratic non-value adding pet projects, that win brownie points for management.

Retire some of the legacies, the environment they promote is too counter-productive, border line hostile. They spend too much time gossiping about decisions vs taking action, quite an example of trump america.

See above comments. Fire incompetent mangers, and replace them with people who will actually do what our mostly ignored banners claim that we do.

Top management greed and overall respect to employees. To change it, the company needs an organizational overhaul from the top, more radical than the one 3G performed on the Kraft Foods Company after the take-over.
