Most of my coworkers are excellent at their jobs however, I've seen a lot of coworkers that get to keep jobs and even go up into a higher positions that shouldn't be in higher positions due to their lack of effort towards the job is that they currently hold it's all about who knows who at Kraft

We have people that can't pass all the training, but they still get put through, even though trainers say they shouldn't be. Some of the coworkers just aren't cut out for factory work.
