I joined the company when it was Kraft Foods and experienced the merger with Heinz, so I saw what it was to work from one of the last greatest and iconic companies of food and beverage in USA to see how 3G turned it into a Wall Street embarrassment.

They need to eliminate greed out of their business agenda and understand that if they take care of their employees, their employees will take care of their customers.

Top management greed and overall respect to employees. To change it, the company needs an organizational overhaul from the top, more radical than the one 3G performed on the Kraft Foods Company after the take-over.
