Company that is has gone through a major transformation after years of marketshare loss. It now operates with a competitive and winning mindset to make it successful for the long term. Change can be hard, especially when it effects years of status quo, but it is based doing right by customers.
The level of detail of customer services teams have plummeted. They MUST restore some level of quality when things go wrong.
