It's astonishing how they've had over ten years to fix the problem within the NC but haven't. Any advice I give is gonna fall on deaf ears, so I won't bother

Fair compensation for everyone. Executive team is compensated heavily at the cost of employees and participants.

Benefits don't vest at all until the end of your third year, at which it'll vest 100%. Base pay is low, raises are not competitive

Meeting my manager and team members.

The people I met during the interview.

The people had good questions and shared more information about the company

People were friendly but there were still red flags that I wish I paid attention to.

It was an amicable and no pressure exchange/interaction.
