Less hierarchy and more focus on managing and bring your team successes up. Very beauraucratic

It's astonishing how they've had over ten years to fix the problem within the NC but haven't. Any advice I give is gonna fall on deaf ears, so I won't bother

Consult the people that do the jobs before making directional changes

they dont know what we actually do in the trenches for the client.
