Unbelievably unprofessional. I never worked for a company that treats the customers so poorly. Both the retail management and fellow employees are blatantly hostile towards the customers and fellow employees

Nothing. I enjoy the customers and that's it. I am disappointed by the infantile, petty and overdramatic behavior from everyone else. Worse than highschool

A professional attitude. Both the management and the associates blame the customers for everything. They are lazy, rude, and an utter embarrassment for the few of us who came to work

New leadership. I am serious about the necessity of bringing authentic leadership into the corporation. It starts with the corporation; the feedback from the toxic work environment is rampant and not a few isolated situations

The company stores need to do a complete overhaul of the Current dysfunctional Management methods. I am at a loss for words, and I honestly do not know why TJX corporation has not gone belly up. I do not think your shareholders would be happy with the current operation.
