What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I worked at the Marshall's in Lake Elsinore and they were VERY disorganized. I was pregnant at the time and gave them my due dates and days that I requested off at the same time and the manager wrote it on a sticky note. They got the dates confused and I was fired due to their mistake.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was rold as a part-timer I need to fill a certain amount of hours a year to be eligible and due to the pandemic I am not eligible which puts me in s tight spot in my life at the moment.

Higher wages due to higher sales from our store

My pay is the number one thing that needs to be fixed... it needs to be at least $15/hour since I've been working my buttocks off and I play a role as a team leader even though I"m not a coordinator. I hate getting paid $10, it doesn't even help me with gas, school, and food....

The staff is very Spanish exclusive like I said before if you didn't speak Spanish then nobody talked to you. The management team as well was very unprofessional and disorganized.
