A lot of them are very very nice and help out prettye much with anything i ask if them, but then theres the few who the managers like that just get to do whatever they want to do and its not really anything we can do about it. They just get to go and ait i. the breakroom and do whatever whenever.

Turnover is high. We get good associates but motivate is low.
Less turnover for employees. We take a lot of time to train people just to have them leave

Difficulty in cashier training, low run through in basic operation, lack of employee support.
If everyone works as a team and stop standing around chatting we can get the work done

A professional attitude. Both the management and the associates blame the customers for everything. They are lazy, rude, and an utter embarrassment for the few of us who came to work
They have to stop acting like a middle school girls. They need to learn how to respect and accept everyone no matter what their age, gender, culture and color.
There needs to be more transparency. Allow people to prove themselves and stop taking credit for something someone else did.
