EVERYTHING. ASST managers are overwhelmed, overworked and while their salaries are considerably more than regular associates and key holders they are not valued either.

Being leaders and for them to grow up. I'm 20 years old and my managers who are older act super petty and shady.

it would be nice if management didn't overwork yet underpay us, and being treated like we're just numbers to the company is a BIG issue

Communication pitching in when stores are busy actually setting good behaviors and being a role model instead they hire anyone to be a manager with no actual skills into running a team

Formalize training, develop a safety culture and hire a good housekeeping team.

They need to have consistent reliable schedule every week.

They need to be more open and honest about the work they expect of their workers. I don't feel comfortable working somewhere where I am kept in the dark until it's too late.
