Assessment should focus on the wonderful individuals and the mutual respect they deserve.

Disciplinary actions leading to termination as consequences for those individuals making it impossible to come to work peacefully to a job, Instead of leadership and HR targeting those experiencing the issues.

If they change the attendance policy and be respectful towards people who are in calls with HR team

There is so much that needs to change, I would really like to speak with a member of corporate about too many issues in the workplace as it seems my managers wont take it seriously since nothing has changed at all.

Needs better experienced management and to plan work off forcasting. Warehouse is unorganized and space is a defecting factor. Needs more administrative positions in the warehouse to analyse locally and enhance operations.

I think sometimes people are not held accountable for their actions. Things can be swept under the rug simply because they are at a certain level of seniority.
