The managers buying lunch on specifically saturdays, is about all.

Assessment should focus on the wonderful individuals and the mutual respect they deserve.

Disciplinary actions leading to termination as consequences for those individuals making it impossible to come to work peacefully to a job, Instead of leadership and HR targeting those experiencing the issues.

If they change the attendance policy and be respectful towards people who are in calls with HR team

People that's are promoted need to set an example

I think sometimes people are not held accountable for their actions. Things can be swept under the rug simply because they are at a certain level of seniority.

Needs better experienced management and to plan work off forcasting. Warehouse is unorganized and space is a defecting factor. Needs more administrative positions in the warehouse to analyse locally and enhance operations.
