So far so good. I have worked here for over three years and I want to stay here for a bit longer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked key questions but I feel like it directs you towards certain answers.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager and my team. I kbow no matter what my day looks like outside, it is always fun while I'm at the store.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tolerance. We all have different personalities but we all enjoy each other's company and like working together. Teamwork is, to me, the real soul of our store.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was rold as a part-timer I need to fill a certain amount of hours a year to be eligible and due to the pandemic I am not eligible which puts me in s tight spot in my life at the moment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are not the type to be sensitive about other people's opinions and we all share the same values and sense of duty and humour. I feel like despite certain members of management we all have a good time being around each other and our personalities have made us all the more diverse and exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the manager has come to foster a very solid team where we all feel like a family and friends we can all share experiences and grow together. With some of our coordinators and ASMs being better than others I am of the strong opinion that this is probably the best company I have worked for
