In our store 506 there is a unhealthy environment being perpetrated People of color are being singled out and treated with total disrespect Lies are being spread and communication is very lacks ! Given the management is new it seems they are a bit too Zealous and only hearing what they want .

Have someone come in undercover and see the unfairness

Needs better experienced management and to plan work off forcasting. Warehouse is unorganized and space is a defecting factor. Needs more administrative positions in the warehouse to analyse locally and enhance operations.

I dont see where they were concerned at all about a persons skill or background, just seemed to be hiring bodies at the warehouse. Dont know about the stores practices

Being ALLOWED to have a feeling of accomplishment by a manager. Being able to complete a project and have a good feeling about it. Not being put down to feel like your not valued by management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Focus on functionality of interdepartmental flow and warehouse space. Employee tools are inadequate to do proper job with ease, better training for management and associates. The culture of bad operational practices has been established and will be hard to change. No Quality, only numbers.
