Simply be paid a living wage after being in the company for 8 yrs

Being productive and watching our numbers rise over the years knowing I contributed to that rise
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In our store 506 there is a unhealthy environment being perpetrated People of color are being singled out and treated with total disrespect Lies are being spread and communication is very lacks ! Given the management is new it seems they are a bit too Zealous and only hearing what they want .
