The leadership team is invested in the people and the product. They understand that investment in the people and the team is an investment in the product and company as a whole. Is' something I've never experienced before.

My team works incredibly hard and encourages us to take care of ourselves in whatever capacity that may be - understanding a flexible work schedule if they kids have to stay home, taking PTO & encouraging us to stay offline during PTO, etc.
