Company is too top heavy relying on word being passed though too many middle management jobs before reaching the proper channels causing confusion and wrong information being passed. The company HR backs the salary personnel first before hourly which in meetings haven't even argued this point.

I liked they asked technical questions and ensured you were confident in your job.

My coworkers and when the rides are operating properly showing we completed our job correctly.

The leadership team needs to work on communication as well as tact while speaking with junior employees.

The most positive would be the good coworkers you find while working there who make day to day operation more enjoyable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The lack of team work and proper delegation from leadership has caused friction between hard workers doing more and workers who do the bare minimum.
