In the last few months, I have been afraid about the future of Vista and our strategy. I don't see how we can get out of the dive we are in with the current leadership based on the layoffs.

Mostly of my daily interactions with coworkers, the people are nice and try to be helpful.

They executives don't feel aligned completely. I also feel our culture is very tops down and micro-managing.

I'm worried that the past acquisitions aren't paying off. The result of these plus changes in the market are causing our VET to take drastic moves like layoffs. These cause stress on who's left. I've heard multiples times "do more with less." that isn't a strategy or good leadership.
