
The company cares about all the team members cultures and being inclusive. It feels like every day there is an event in exploring another culture from our worldwide team.
My team is passionate about their work and it shows every day. We struggle as we have no direction as to what our job is and the importance of our work goes unrecognized regularly but my team still gives their best.
The Leadership team is big on buzzwords, and they seem to have high turnover rate themselves. It feels like people enter leadership, then slowly back out the door. They need to actually have a plan and care about whats happening here.
The autonomy to work remotely is great. I get my work done on my time and with more enthusiasm and care than I ever did in an office setting. The mental and physical health perks are also amazing. I'm in better shape both physically and mentally due to these benefits.
I just want to know what our plan is. We have so many moving parts right now and they all feel very early and explorative, yet the leadership team acts as if we have a solid stone plan to lead to success. The same buzzwords have been used for years, the only difference is the people saying them.
