I think there are exciting things happening at Vistaprint right now which shows up in majority of the departments but the HR department is pretty archaic which is placed under the CFO. They are investing in HR tools but not in talented people to create a vision & execute on a strong people strategy

Shortly after joining the company the global pandemic pushed us to working remotely- at a time when I saw many people in my industry experiencing furloughs and lay offs, Vistaprint implemented cost-saving measures to ensure that didn't happen.
