I like the environment at Gympass, of course there are always things that you may disagree with, especially some top down decisions. However, if these decisions are well communicated and explained to everyone then it's easier to understand and get on board. Overall I like my colleagues and work.

They all show great enthusiasm for the mission and company goals. I think they're doing much better at communicating really clearly what the company goals are and sharing transparently the status of each one.

Everyone is able to hold a good conversation and have a laugh but also get down to work and deliver quality. The fact that we're able to have relationships even though we're long-distance and may have never met in person is the best.
