The Company provides many opportunities for Employees to increase their ownership in the business furthering the potential upside for employees

Matching or some sort of contribution to the 401K, equal maternity leave for employees in every region, pay market value for all employee levels, larger contribution to health care benefits, equal vacation policies for employees in each region

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was so friendly, and they also hired me very fast. The next day I was on a call with HR about my contract.
