What is the best part about your compensation package?

In Mexico, our benefits package falls short compared to other SaaS companies in the market. We lack offerings such as supplementary health insurance (seguro de gastos medicos menores), annual medical check-ups, a savings fund ("fondo de ahorro"), and other common benefits.
