Most of the company's ELTs are extremely intelligent, with a consulting background and strategic vision. In addition, they always make decisions that focus on maintaining the company's profit (controlling our own destiny)

1) Health plan has co-participation, medical consultation reimbursement is really low and no option for checkup. The worst dental plan I've ever had. 2) Salary base in Salesforce, Microsoft, Meta and Uber are on average 50% higher. Bonus policy follows as it's also based on the monthly salary.
