The mission of the company is what drove me to transition from my previous role and change from fully remote to hybrid. It has been a bumpy start but the positive attitudes and work collaborations have made me start to enjoy the job and the company.

1. Having a base salary rather than clocking in hourly 2. Targets should be adjusted based on past quarters and then more targets added should teams supersede on a consistent basis 3. Not providing a welcome package or providing credits that help you choose items valued at the same amount
