I love our product and my co-workers but I find it hard and frustrating to constantly have to push back on processes that are antiquated. When you do push back it's seen as you being negative and not team oriented. It feels like saying the wrong thing can get you fired. Transparency is bad here.

Commitment. Everyone is committed to make the company better despite the push back and unsupportiveness of the leadership team. It's admirable.

Listening. There is a lack of listening to employees who are actually doing the work on a day to day basis. Decisions are based solely on what the executive team feels is appropriate.

Communication is lacking across the leadership team that is mostly based in Brazil and the other global teams. If you want to keep leadership in Brazil than you have to have dedicated people to each region to really learn the culture and process of those areas. You also have to be willing to listen.
