I'd say this isn't the easiest company, in terms of the pace we move. Everything is extremely fast, however what makes it easier is to have coworkers and upper managers who are really passionate about Gympass. It's infectious in our office and in our meetings.

I like the best about the leadership team (outside of my manager) is that they are transparent and able to answer tough questions on the state of Gympass, as well as celebrate when we hit goals.

I really enjoy our Office Management and how we offer healthy alternatives to what could be unhealthy snack options. I also like the fact that we have a HR team that is transparent and wanting us to succeed!

What makes me most happy at Gympass is being able to connect with so many amazing people every day. I also love that I have the ability to interface with everyone from an Associate to Senior Level employee.

The best part is the Commuter Benefits (though I liked WageWorks better!) and that we get a discounted membership to Gympass Diamond that allows us to be an advocate for all of the gyms and studios available through Gympass.

The best thing about my team is that they are all passionate about Gympass and sharing Gympass with others. They also are just amazing to connect with on hitting our goals, every one is so passionate about moving toward success!
