This is the fourth placed I've worked at and I believe the best. The environment is buzzing with excitement, the mission is fun, the people are great. Super international mix where I learn a lot about different cultures. I really do love the work that I do here.

I'm never bored. There's always a million different projects I could focus on and I get to execute them how I see fit. I'm lucky to have a very hands-off manager and team.

Wellness is a core tenant of Gympass so it's 1000% acceptable to show up sweaty to a meeting or run off to a cycle class mid-day. I've also had supportive managers that encourage me to take mental health days as well as my vacations.
