Overall there is alignment between the C-Level leaders, and most of the times I really feel strong leadership coming from them. However, more recently I've felt a few company areas are falling behind in terms of competence. There's an ongoing conflict between the old and the new Gympass culture.
This is a tricky question, because I feel I'm one of the lucky ones and I have the best team at the company right now. However, there is a clear misbalance of quality if we compare ourselves with other teams in our own area, and especially if we compare with other areas.
