Our mission and the people I work with, however with the pandemic the second is not as good as it used to be and we kind of loosing those close relationships we created at the office

I got a promotion and the raise I got was really low as it was the maximum increase percentage that was allowed. However when talking with some other colleagues from other areas I saw that even without a promotion they were getting 2 or 3 times the increase I had when theorically it wasn't allowed..
