Some coworkers try to be positive and realistic.
It was comfortable and easy. Did it at home. Was able to take my time and work on my responses.
Just seems like there is little to no care about the actual customer experience for a luxury brand. If we made the business more customer focused, it would be better for everyone involved and we'd probably keep a good reputation.
I don't interact with coworkers often enough to judge them. The ones I do interact with are a coin toss and will either help or they won't. We'd work better together if we had established teams and systems to work with each other within.. not just queues and metrics.
