The new colleagues, the payment, the people who have been around for a long time. There's a lot of jokes while we aren't working which helps us to make ourselves feel at home.

We are all co-operative and the leader is first among equals meaning that they are on the same level as us. This made our leader learn a lot from us while we have learnt a lot from her.

The inclusion and diversity in the company is really bright as you can see many people from different backgrounds and learn from what you see in the workplace. It's also a place where every culture is embraced for example the peoples cultural clothes day or the day where the canteen suits the mood.
