Team effort has always been really effective but upper management is horrible

The upper management doesnt seem to care they allow thinga for certain people and others are bot allowed.

Getting paid correctly, being spoken to like we are human , not having to suffer in mental anguish because of the way we are degraded and not having to deal with illegal drugs and dishonesty
