It is fast paced difficult work, unless you are experienced, as i was. I just hated it that they tend not to keep the workers who bust their behinds to get the job done. They should try anything & everything to keep the GREAT people.

a good health plan with no worries that we will get fired if we use it too much.

The most positive is having great team leaders that keep the team moving , excited and actually interedted in their work.

All willing to teach the newer people, instead of one person job to train. An extensive training program needs to be put in place.

That I had a fantastic team, that I could teach and would work together. It is not the majority of co workers where the problem is. It is up higher in the company.

That it has the 401K option at all. It takes quite a while to work your way up to where you can recieve additional benefits, I have no qualms or complaints about benefits.

constant chaos. Nobody knows what they're doing or where to go. I am very experienced at my job. They seem to have gotten rid of experienced people and trying to get lower waged employees.

Getting done at the end of the day and seeing how enthusiastic team leaders keep control and accomplish the entire store. It is a great feeling. But they end up not keeping the GREAT stand out workers, that have the knowledge.
