I started thinking I wouldn't make it through the first month, that was almost 3 years ago. Others saw potential in me and made sure I succeeded and advanced. I had the dedication and passion and my management team made sure to imbue me with the skill.

It is clear cut and made known what we are compensated for and the amount. Employee wages are not kept hushed and everyone has the same opportunity no matter of gender or race. All compensations are based solely on the efforts and skill of the employee and nothing else.

They are also there when you need them and they work as a team to aid employees from other departments and areas. No one ever has to worry about something that needs to get done gets done. Everyone is also eager to help, listen, and coach. Everyone here cares about the individual first.

Having my successes acknowledged and praised. IT feels good that my supervisors don't just see me as another cog in the machine but give me the recognition my work deserves. Also, I am never shamed for taking time to myself in the day to reset or for using any of my PTO/S&S time.
