I love our product and my teammates/manager. Up until March, I would say working at ZipRecruiter was 10/10. But as of now, taking Usage account refund requests, and having to handle emotionally charged/even abusive customers, has been bad for my mental health.

Everyone is happy to help each other. Little to no jealousy, I think everyone feels that there is enough to go around.

In Retention, we have long exhausting conversations refusing Usage account refunds to customers. Hours spent every week with accounts we have no opportunity to earn commission on, yet our goals stay the same. Customers constantly tear into us about user experience issues that are not being addressed
