
I like to make money and love the ability I am given to work autonomously.
I would say that our leadership is engaged and committed to investing in our professional development.
For the most part, they are enthusiastic and competitive. Most are optimistic and solicit constructive criticism and feedback.
I don't think we have a defined company culture which is something I think the company should invest in.
I think top performers, reps and managers, should be rewarded monetarily for their extra monetary achievements, i.e. residual income, bonuses for hitting certain milestones, etc. In our current environment, there is little to no monetary reward that drives competitiveness.
