Things were amazing but without the proper support or teamwork, I expected from my manager, my entire experience changed negatively. I lost pay, I lost titles but the company is unique, I can still find other parts of the business where I can grow. My harsh experience is with my leadership, not Zip.

The best thing about ZipRecruiter is how friendly everyone is. Many people are happy to engage in conversation or lend a hand or even talk about what they do with no hesitiation.

Our leadership team is full of intelligent people but there is plenty of room for improvement. Our managers are brilliant at thinking of new ways to support the business but support for their direct reports can be improved.

When im producing meaningful impactful work and are included in projects that benefit the team(s), I find myself at the happiest. I enjoyed the many projects I worked on, the plan write-ups, the research, the building, the interactions, it is what makes me the happiest.

I feel undervalued because I am capable of doing many things to support my team and the business and have shown my leadership team what I can do and proposed many things that have been implemented or are in the works today and yet, ive only met several negative experiences to my title and pay.
