We are behind other companies when it comes to compensation and innovative benefits such as a 4 day work week, unlimited PTO, Bonuses, Stock options etc...

I don't know my coworkers as much anymore as the company has let most of them go and most of the others left due to the new toxic environment.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

4 day work week, unlimited pto. But more then that a higher wage would make me feel valued. Its easier to focus on work when I am not stressed about having enough money to pay rent, feed myself and my family and try to have some left over to rest and recuperate.

Che cosa sta andando male e come può essere migliorato?

Everyday I got to work, part of me is wondering if I will be let go soon, or if more of my coworkers will be let go. Or will our priorities completely change and my job duties will be completely different tomorrow. It is hard to plan things out professionally and personally in these circumstances.
