It's a modern, exciting tech firm. It's an enjoyable experience, but horrible inefficiencies existing in several workflows, and there is little to no appetite for improving methods and procedures for monitoring service assurance and providing business analytics about the service.

our technical debt is staggering, we do a poor job of service assurance, quality control, and monitoring. monitoring, reporting, and telemetry are insufficient, and no standards and practices are defined. we have intelligent highly trained people with few, poorly maintained tools.
