  • Senior leaders cover their own backs while trying to squeeze pay for the lower grades. Never any accountability for bad decisions.

  • Very much who you know and if they are actively advocating for you. Not a meritocracy. Diversity severely lacking across decision makers in leadership. POC with proven results in building business end up getting shown the door and woefully less qualified people are handed key leadership roles on a silver platter.
