I am still very new but everything has been great so far. It will take some purposeful time management to keep a work/life balance because there is so much to do that it can easily slip but my manager is always staying aware of it and speaks to me about it frequently

I feel like I've contributed a lot, but have been learning a lot as well which I do appreciate. I've seen a lot of growth and change and it's been really refreshing to see a company not only take stock of where improvements are needed, but actively make those improvements.

Everyone is very collaborative, appreciative and genuinely like each other. They have worked together a long time and when I came in brand new, they immediately made me feel like I was part of the circle.
