I don't even know where to start? I think it depends on your department but my department (the small business call center) is so negative. The job is very hard, the goals are unreasonable, everybody is micro managed to death. The entire department is a revolving door (people leaving the comp).

Clearer expectations and more timely process. Hiring managers take weeks to months to make a decision. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of people trying to move on with their lives and make personal decisions

Terrible management. Company says career is in your hands, but a manager ultimately stifles opportunities and hinders growth. Managerial skills are inconsistent amongst senior leadership team.

BOA needs policies that allow the customers to feel valued. BOA would rather close accounts all day and open new ones instead of retaining current customers
