Overall I am very happy with the company, they have changed the time in the office since I started to 3 days a week, this makes it much harder to balance work home life as I am commuting a long distance which adds 3 hours to my 8 hour work day.

I am able to work independently, my manager trusts me to make the right decision for the company and is always supportive, although he is extremely busy, he always makes time for a check in and makes sure the team has what we need to succeed in our jobs.
