A fun place to work with great coworkers. A terrible place to work long term. PTO accrual is ABYSMAL and you have pretty much no benefits unless you are corporate.

Most of the team were great people and we were focused on the success of the theatre. We always had a great time together and everybody contributed

My GM was one of the best GM's in the company. He cared for the employees and managers. Most of the other managers I worked with were great as well! There was one SAM that was absolutely atrocious and was the major factor in making everybody's lives a living hell.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
My GM made sure that his managers were being paid fairly. Another Cinemark in my city had managers starting at our concession's rate. Besides pay, though, there was literally no benefits to talk about. PTO accrual was pretty much there to not break any laws - 0.23 PTO per 40 hours work. Horrible.
