My team at Cinemark is incredibly hard working and enthusiastic. The theater is always immaculate and everyone does their best to provide the best possible experience for guests and other coworkers.
We look out for each other.
How kind they are and how good they are at teaching me things and cooperating together. They never made me feel out of place being trans and out of my 3 months there no one ever argued or fought over anything, we worked together incredibly well

One of the best things is that when there is a rush it lasts too long.
Everyone works together during rushes in order to get customers what they want and get them out of line fast.

Older management talks down to everyone
Find better structure. We depend on management

Cut the bull, cut the drama
Actually work and not talk
The emphasis is on nit-picking whatever we miss, not encouraging what we do well. I’m also expected to nit-pick the workers under me to maintain the standards. We don’t get paid enough to care
